Donatello’s Ristorante is one of the oldest pizzerias in Ireland. Antonio is a 5th generation Neapolitan Pizzaiolo. Our dough is prepared daily and stretched by hand using the same recipe that has been passed down through the Cascella family. We use only the finest Italian 00 Caputo flour.
